Store Terms and Conditions

CHANGE OF ORDER, ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS

We can still modify your order, address and email address within 24 hours after placing the order with us so please make sure to contact us within the given time frame for any changes on your order.

We do provide an order confirmation so please make sure to check your email to see if everything is correct.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We only allow cancellations within 24 hours after placing the order with us. Please contact us via email and let us know why you wish to cancel your order.

 

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
  • Items not received. Your parcels are fully insured and any order that has been lost and returned to warehouse will be reshipped to you at no additional costs -- yes, free of charge! We will only refund you in full if you did not receive your order after the reshipment.
  • Missing Items / Incomplete order. We will ship any items that are missing on your order. 
  • Incorrect/Wrong order received. Any incorrect item/s received will be replaced with the correct one. 
  • Damaged items. We will be happy to replace your item at no additional costs if you have received a damaged item/s.

Notes: 

  • No full refunds will be give on SALE items.
  • For missing items, incorrect and damaged order received, simply send us a photo showing the package and all the items that you have received within 48 hours after receiving the order.
  • Our store does not accept returns and exchanges. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please keep it and we will process a replacement for you.
  • Refunds (if applicable). Our team will inspect and review the case and once approved, refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically within 5-7 working days).

 

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or PayPal account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email.
